We had a very small project and had a problem getting anyone to take the job. Roscoe with Logan’s Maintenance came to our house and did a fantistic job at a price I thought was to low. We will have them do any other projects in the future.

We needed stairs from garage into house built. Had another company scheduled to do it and they never showed, called Roscoe at Logan’s Maintenance to do the job, showed up on time and did a great job. Roscoe took the time to come out do this job for us as we needed it done as soon as possible. he takes pride on his work and this project is priceless to us. I would highly recommend this company to any one that needs a project completed in a timely fashion at a reasonably price
